About Virtex
Virtex is the operating system for digital asset brokerages and their clients. Its modular platform covers the full lifecycle of a trading business — client onboarding, risk, trading, reporting and operational workflows — surfaced through a modern, responsive front-end and rich, real-time APIs. Virtex's platform approach to market connectivity, custody and compliance allows brokers to swap in and out modules to fit their requirements and client base.
We built this because we ran brokerages and the infrastructure didn't exist. We spent years at traditional finance and digital asset firms rebuilding the same things at vast expense and watching the same operational gaps kill efficiency. Virtex is what we wished existed.
How we work
We're a small founding team running like a much larger one.
Our day-to-day operation combines a core team of operators with a permanent AI workforce — purpose-built agents handling commercial, engineering, design, and operations work that would traditionally need a 40-person org. When we need deep, specific expertise — regulatory, market structure, custody, legal — we bring in named external industry experts on a project basis.
The result is institutional-grade output without the institutional headcount. We ship infrastructure faster than firms five times our size, and we spend on the senior judgement we need rather than the junior coordination we don't.

Founder of Virtex Technologies — the OS for Digital Asset Brokers.
Over 25 years in electronic trading and market infrastructure. 15+ in tier one investment banks (Deutsche Bank, UBS), then into crypto in 2017 — Commercial Director at BitMEX, Amber Group, and consulting work with Ripple.
I started Virtex because every desk I worked at hit the same walls. Onboarding disconnected from execution. Settlement held together with spreadsheets. Compliance bolted on after the fact. The infrastructure digital asset brokers need didn't exist, so we built it.
Virtex is a single platform — onboarding, execution, settlement, ledger, reporting — one data flow, no manual handoffs. We help brokers focus on their clients instead of fighting their own infrastructure.
